A project born from the land

Dragonara was founded with a clear goal: to change the way farming is done, placing quality, sustainability and transparency at the center.

We cultivate ancient grains and other raw materials on our organic lands. We oversee processing with careful techniques so that each Product maintains its identity and has a recognizable origin.

Growth has not altered our founding values: respect for the soil, protection of biodiversity and responsibility toward those who choose Dragonara.
