Dragonara Saragolla EVO oil taralli are artisanal mixed taralli made with flour from the ancient Saragolla wheat and organic extra-virgin olive oil. Crunchy, genuine and fragrant, they capture the authentic flavors of Apulian tradition.

The mix includes three varieties: fennel seeds, olives and rosemary, and dried datterino tomato. Each flavor recalls the scents of the Mediterranean and is designed for aperitifs, snacks, tastings and pairings with typical Apulian Products.

Selected ingredients

The Saragolla EVO oil taralli are made with organic semolina from Saragolla wheat, an ancient variety with an intense and natural flavor. The organic extra-virgin olive oil helps make the Product crispy, crumbly and tasty.

The dried datterini add a slightly sweet note, fennel seeds provide a typical southern Italian aroma, while olives and rosemary complete the Mediterranean profile.

Traditional processing

The taralli are prepared according to traditional artisanal methods. They are briefly boiled first and then baked in the oven. This process makes them crunchy and golden while preserving the aroma and fragility of the ingredients.

How to enjoy them

They are perfect as a natural snack, for aperitifs, boards, tastings, starters and pairings with cheeses, cured meats, preserved vegetables and local wines.
