The sun‑dried tomato taralli Dragonara are artisanal organic taralli made with semolina from Saragolla wheat, organic extra virgin olive oil and sun‑dried datterino tomatoes. Crunchy, fragrant and wholesome, they capture the intense flavours of Mediterranean tradition.

The sun‑dried datterino provides a slightly sweet and savoury note, while the fennel seeds add an aroma typical of Southern Italy. A delicate hint of chilli completes the taste, making it livelier and more distinctive.

Selected ingredients

The sun‑dried tomato taralli are made with organic semolina from Saragolla, an ancient variety with an intense and natural flavour. Organic extra virgin olive oil provides fragrance, while the sun‑dried datterino enriches the Product with a balanced Mediterranean taste.

Fennel seeds add aroma and character, while organic chilli gives a light spicy note.

Traditional processing

The Production follows the traditional method of Apulian taralli. After the dough is prepared, the taralli are boiled and then baked. This process makes them golden, crunchy and crumbly.

How to enjoy them

They are perfect as a savoury snack during the day, for aperitifs, buffets, boards and social occasions. They pair well with cheeses, cured meats, preserved vegetables, savoury spreads and regional wines.
