The Dragonara taralli with fennel seeds are artisanal organic taralli made with semolina of Saragolla wheat, organic extra virgin olive oil and fennel seeds. Crispy, fragrant and genuine, they evoke the simple flavours of Puglia's tradition.

The aroma of the fennel seeds gives the Product a recognisable Mediterranean taste, while the organic Saragolla semolina contributes a crunchy and tasty texture.

Selected ingredients

The fennel-seed taralli are made with organic semolina of Saragolla wheat, an ancient variety with an intense and natural flavour. The organic extra virgin olive oil adds fragrance, while the fennel seeds provide an aroma typical of Southern Italian culinary tradition.

Traditional processing

The Production follows the traditional method of Apulian taralli. After the dough is prepared, the taralli are boiled and then slowly baked in the oven. This process makes them golden, crunchy and crumbly.

How to enjoy them

They are perfect as a savoury snack during the day, for aperitifs, buffets, boards and convivial moments. They pair well with cheeses, cured meats, preserved vegetables, savoury spreads and local wines.
