Dragonara Organic Cicatelli made from Senatore Cappelli wheat come from the valorization of one of the most prized historic varieties of Italian agriculture. The Senatore Cappelli durum wheat represents an agricultural tradition that Dragonara maintains through on-farm organic cultivation, artisanal processing and a controlled supply chain.

The organic semolina used to produce our Cicatelli comes from Senatore Cappelli durum wheat grown on company fields according to organic and symbiotic farming principles. Every Production phase is directly overseen by the company, from cultivation to final packaging, ensuring quality, authenticity and traceability.

Dragonara Cicatelli are produced by artisanal milling using bronze dies and slow low-temperature drying. The rough surface allows sauces and dressings to cling perfectly, enhancing every preparation.

The traditional Cicatelli shape makes them particularly suitable for tomato sauces, legumes, vegetables, ragù and Mediterranean cuisine dishes.

Dragonara directly follows every stage of the Production chain, from cultivation to processing, enhancing the quality of raw materials and Italian tradition.
